A 41-YEAR-OLD Whitchurch man has been handed a suspended prison sentence following his conviction for voyeurism.
Kevin Foxley, of School Close in Marbury, Whitchurch, was given 12-month suspended sentence when he appeared at Shrewsbury Crown Court on Friday, September 1.
He must also complete 100 hours of unpaid community work and participate in 20 rehabilitation activity days.
Foxley was found guilty in August.

Detective Constable Geoff Anslow, of Shrewsbury CID, said: “I would like to commend the victims for their courage in reporting these incidents, and for their patience as we carried out investigations, and as it went through court.
"We take all reports of such offending extremely seriously, and will continue to bring those responsible to justice.”
Foxley will also be placed on the sex offenders register for a period of 10 years.
