POLICE have confirmed that there were no injuries following a collision on the A525 road between Whitchurch and Wrexham.
The road was partially blocked in both directions and there was heavy traffic due to an accident near Willington turn-off in Croxton at around 11am this morning (Thursday, May 18).

Traffic was slow between Whitchurch and Bangor-on-Dee, but North Wales Police confirmed no injuries were been reported.

A North Wales Police spokesperson said: "It’s a minor one-vehicle road traffic collision which is blocking the road.
"No injuries have been reported."
A spokesperson for the Welsh Ambulance Service also confirmed they were not called out.
