A CHESHIRE road was closed following a crash and a car catching fire near Wrenbury.
The incident took place on Tuesday, March 16 at 10.57 am in Whitchurch Road in Aston.
One fire engine was mobilised from Chester and another came from Sandbach.

A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "A car on fire required firefighters to use a hose reel to extinguish it.

"The road was closed while the incident was dealt with and water run off was prevented from entering nearby drains.
"A thermal imaging camera was used to check for hot spots of fire before the vehicle was transported away."
