EMERGENCY services have responded to collision out in Wem where one person was left in the care of ambulance crews, this morning.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS), together with Land Ambulance Service and the police were called out to B5474 at 6.55am today, Wednesday, January 10.
Three fire appliances including the rescue tender were mobilised from Hodnet, Wellington and Wem.

A spokesperson for SFRS said: “Upon arrival, one person had self extricated from the vehicle.
“Crews made vehicle safe and one person was left in the care of ambulance.”
West Midlands Ambulance Service attended the scene, and found a woman who was the driver of the car.
A spokesperson said: "She was assessed and had sustained injuries not believed to be serious.
"She received treatment from ambulance staff at the scene before being conveyed to Royal Shrewsbury Hospital for further assessment.”
West Mercia Police have posted on X that the road is now closed, urging motorists to find a different route.
