MOTORISTS are being asked to avoid a road near Whitchurch due to standing water.
North Wales Police's Wrexham Rural Team has advised motorists to consider other routes and avoid the straight mile in Bangor On Dee.
The road is renowned for flooding, due to the close proximity to the River Dee and due to heavy rainfall overnight, police say there is water on the road.
