Wem comedy legend Greg Davies has announced his first stand up tour in seven years.

The comedian known for his roles as the host of Taskmaster and his iconic turn as Mr Gilbert in the Inbetweeners as well as being the creator of smash hit series Cuckoo, Man Down and the Cleaner has announced a new UK and Ireland tour.

The new “Full Fat Legend” tour is set to kick off at the beginning of next year. This will include dates in Lverpool and Manchester in January and February as well as date in Birmingham in June.

In a post on social media he said: “I’m really excited to be doing my new tour, Full Fat Legend.

"Pre-sale has begun via my mailing list, and general tickets go on sale Thurs 10am. Hope to see you there.”

The tour, all of which takes place in 2025, will bring him to Liverpool Empire from January 29-31, Manchester's Apollo from February 26-28, Swansea Arena from April 30 to May 2, with a single date at Birmingham's massive Resorts World Arena on June 18.
