A BUS driver and passengers are safe after a road traffic collision (RTC) close to the A49.
Officers from Wem Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) and the North Shropshire Response Team have attended a scene at Soulton Road towards the A49 in Wem.
A spokesman for Wem SNT said that on arrival, officers were able to check that the passengers and the driver were safe.

They said: "Wem SNT and North Shropshire response are currently dealing with a single vehicle accident where a bus has left the carriageway.
"Driver and passengers were all OK upon attendance.
"The road between Solton Road and the A49 will remain closed while recovery is ongoing."
The road will remain closed.
