Prees United Football Club will be joining the Salop Leisure Division One League next season.
The club folded a year ago to rebuild at youth level but has now returned.
A club spokesman said: "It’s always been an ambition since our previous men's side folded to reform and have Saturday football back at the Recreation Ground.
"Our under 18s have had a fantastic season and we as a club were worried about were we would be.

"With changes that’s happening at the club and with Kelly and Andrew taking over and Faye coming in with the social media aspect, the ideas and energy that’s gone into putting this new side has been unbelievable as seen with our first open session with 38 lads turning up, it’s an exciting time and I am hopeful everyone in Prees will get behind this new venture and pack the Rec on a Saturday to watch local lads compete.
"Our ambition is to compete in the league and push as far as we can, with local young lads who are hungry to make their mark."]
Jack Reynolds will continue at the helm having managed the under 18s last season and will work closely with Andrew Edge and the committee to ensure a positive and competitive team represent the club.
