WREXHAM are in a rich vein of form but Dean Keates knows the euphoria of thrashing Sutton will be quickly forgotten if his side don't get a result against Bromley at Hayes Lane tomorrow.

The Reds won 4-0 against the U's on Tuesday and have climbed up to sixth in the National League after wining the last three matches.

Although they have "rectified" two disappointing defeats in October when Wrexham leaked eight goals, Keates insists there is still a long way to go this season and he is keeping his feet on the ground.

"We are not even 10 games into the season so we are not going to get carried away," said Keates.

"All we have done is rectify the disappointment that we had in those two games so them three great wins in a week shows you how quick it can go from there to there, or it can be the opposite way and you can have a horrendous week.

"But we won't ride a rollercoaster, we have to be consistent in everything that we do.

"We won't get too high and we will get ourselves ready for a difficult game down at Bromley."

Preparation is key as Wrexham aim to extend the unbeaten run to five games on Bromley'ss 4G playing surface.

"This game means nothing if we don't back it up with something at Bromley," said Keates.

"It is on a 4G pitch and we will prepare right; we will be down at Druids training for it.

"Anybody can beat anybody, it is who turns up on the day. That group of players have turned up the last three or four games."
