A TOP professional snooker champion is coming to Whitchurch later this month.
Mark Allen, the 2018 Masters champion, will be visiting Whitchurch on Saturday, May 18 to play at an exhibition event.
The event, being held at The Raven, Prees Heath, Whitchurch, will see the current world number seven compete in 10 frames of snooker against members of the public and various league players.
Allen, the current holder of the International Championship and Scottish Open titles, will be joined by ex-world snooker referee Patricia Murphy and MC Colin Selby.
Bobby Dubicki from The Raven said: “It will be a great night for snooker fans. Over the past few years we have hosted some truly fantastic players including Ronnie O’Sullivan.”
Doors will open at 6.45pm and tickets are priced at £25 each.
