A MALPAS based horse trainer has tasted success again after one of its horses raced to victory.

Oliver Greenall Racing had a victory in the 12pm at Doncaster on Friday, December 14 in the Kicking for Greenroots Handicap Chase over two miles, three furlongs and 31 yards.

Horse Lord County, ridden by Will Kennedy, took the win coming home priced at 9/2.

A spokesperson for the Malpas-based firm said: “It was good win by Lord County, a good ride by Will Kennedy.

“It was only his second start over fences in the UK, and it was great to see him get his head in front for the fourth time in 2018.

“He is still only four years old, so he should carry on improving all season, especially with such a willing attitude. Well done to long standing owner Eric Brook.”
