A man has died following a one-vehicle collision in Dumfries and Galloway.
The white Peugeot 207 car crashed on the A77 Stranraer to Portpatrick road, near to Lochans, Stranraer, at around 3.30pm on Tuesday.
The 65-year-old man who was driving the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are appealing for information about the incident.
Sergeant Bob McNay of the Roads Policing Unit said: “We are keen to speak with anyone who was in this area at that time and who may have information, or dash cam footage, regarding this incident.
“We are especially keen to speak with the driver of a vehicle travelling on the A77 heading towards Portpatrick, who we believe may have witnessed the incident, which was near to Craigendarroch Farm, Lochans.
