The Whitchurch Whippets are set to relaunch their Couch to 5k course.
The eight-week programme, catering to all levels, begins on Thursday, April 23.
Led by England Athletic qualified Run Leaders, participants can look forward to a supportive environment and a graduation event upon course completion.
The club, known for its inclusive approach, regularly attracts a diverse group of runners.
A course fee of £10 can be redeemed against full membership at the end of the programme.
