A SPRING lamb called Titch was the special guest at a care home this week.
Residents at Prospect House Care Home, in High Street, Malpas, were treated to a heart-warming Easter surprise when they received a visit from the ‘incredibly soft and cuddly’ Titch, a two-week-old lamb who instantly captured everyone’s hearts.
A spokesman for the home explained how the little guy came to visit the residents.
They said: “Titch belongs to Eve, one of the home’s administration team, and will be raised on her farm in the surrounding area of Malpas.
“She brought with her the true spirit of spring, symbolising new life, joy, and the simple pleasures of a gentle cuddle.
“Her visit had residents and staff swooning, smiling, and reminiscing about country life and Easters gone by.
“The adorable lamb was more than happy to be fussed over, snuggled, and stroked by all who met her.
“From cosy laps to gentle nuzzles, Titch brought a wave of calm and cheerfulness, making the visit extra special for everyone.
