Although approved, officers from the Planning Committee have set out some conditions that require approval before the building starts.

These conditions include the construction of an external woodcrete bat box, installation of at least two artificial nests suitable for starlings, and the provision of a minimum of one hedgehog box.

Furthermore, the initiation of any external lighting on the premises requires the submission of a lighting plan.

The development can also only be used as an aircraft hangar, so to ensure “proper control” of the development.
