AN ELLESMERE man has seen his assault and criminal damage case sent to Shrewsbury Crown Court.
Wayne Allum, 52, appeared on remand at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Tuesday, October 24 after he was arrested for an incident in Ellesmere High Street on the previous Sunday.
He was accused of causing a person actual bodily harm and also causing criminal damage to the value of under £5,000.
Allum will face his next hearing on Tuesday, November 21 at the crown court.
He was given bail with the conditions that he must reside in Tetchill and not enter Ellesmere.
