A ROAD traffic collision (RTC) close to Wem on Friday afternoon led to Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) firefighters being called out.
One crew from Wem was sent to the B5063 in Horton at around 3.15pm after reports of the RTC.
A spokesman for SFRS said that firefighters were called upon after a crash between a vehicle and 'road furniture'.
They said: "RTC involving one car on the road and road furniture.
"No persons were trapped and crews made the vehicle safe."
A stop message was sent to SFRS control around 30 minutes later confirming no further help was needed.
