THE identity of a man is being sought by police after a theft in Whitchurch Civic Centre last week.
Officers from Whitchurch Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) want to question the man pictured after the theft of a piece of equipment.
A spokesman for West Mercia Police called for members of the public to help identify the man.
They said: "We would like to speak to this man as we believe he may be able to help with our enquires into a burglary that occurred on August 3 around 3pm at the Civic Centre in Whitchurch.
"A Sony AV receiver was taken.
"Anybody who can identify this man is asked to contact Whitchurch SNT by emailing Whitchurch.snt@westmercia.police.uk"
