The defendant also faces two counts of breaching a sexual harm prevention order imposed in 2017.

Judge Anthony Lowe heard on Thursday that Bowers’s defence team is waiting to receive a transcription of an interview carried out by police with claimants after transcription was delayed because of a corrupt file.

Judge Lowe heard that the defendant is due to be brought back to court on Friday, July 28 and ordered for the interview transcription to be served to the defence one week earlier.
