North Wales Police are urging drivers to avoid the Overton area.
DRIVERS were urged to avoid part of the A539 in Wrexham this afternoon (June 24) due to a crash.
North Wales Police warned residents to avoid the Overton area as they dealt with the incident.
They said that a road traffic collision had taken place on the A539 there and that led to that road being closed.

A statement from North Wales Police at the time read: "Wrexham Road in Overton (A539) is closed due to a road traffic collision. Please avoid the area."
The road re-opened just before 4pm.
