Residents in a Malpas care home have been able to enjoy a gourmet experience.
Prospect House Care Home put on the gourmet dinner on for residents to give them a restaurant experience and classical music was played and there was a night sky projected onto the ceiling.
Dining room tables were prepared by activities manager, Joe Ward and both residents and staff were able to enjoy the food being offered.
Joe said: "The experience resembled a restaurant visit.

"It was the opportunity to get dressed up and enjoy an evening out in the comfort of their own home.
"Our care teams were also able to taste the food on offer with everyone being amazed at how it tasted and how it looked.
"We can’t wait until the next time."
The meal was prepared by chef Paul Wright and there was a variety of food for people to enjoy.
A Prospect House spokesperson said: "Taking from his Michelin Star experience, Paul has created a monthly six-course gourmet menu, the first of which featured celeriac and truffle velouté with chive oil, smoked salmon, picked vegetables, lemon semi gel, warm salad of heritage tomato and mozzarella, tomato and vodka consommé, a main dish of beef fillet, braised beef shin, dauphinoise potato, carrot puree, baby spinach, port juices, and a dessert of chocolate and Tia Maria panna cotta with popping candy."
