A POPULAR lake near Whitchurch has hailed the opening night where its ice rink was officially opened to the public.
Alderford Lake in Tilstock Road officially launched its ice rink launch night on Thursday, November 24 and it was officially opened by professional dancers, AJ and Curtis Pritchard.
Spectators were able to enjoy seeing competitive skaters and enjoy food and drink being offered.
On its Facebook page, Alderford Lake hailed the openeing night and thanked the Pritchard brothers for hosting.
It added: "What an incredible night for the official opening of our REAL ice rink- it was a pleasure to welcome so many of you!
