WHITCHURCH walkers are taking on a mixture of around 11 miles of modest climbs and occasional rocky ground this December.

On Sunday, December 11, at 09.30am, walkers will take on Primrose Hill and Utkinton Walk, where they will be faced with woodland and farmland, climbs and rocky ground.

A spokesman from Whitchurch Walkers, said: " The walk will combine a mixture of woodland and farmland walking, with good views."

"There are some modest climbs and occasional rocky ground." they added"There may be some mud in places, after rain."

Another walk will take place on Saturday, December 17, which will conclude with a Christmas Appetiser, at 10.00am.

The Lunch must be booked by December 9.

The spokesman added: "The walkers will take on a three and a half to four miles with no stiles of preprandial walk and return to Archibald Worthington Club for Christmas lunch.

"This will be lead by Malcolm Monie."
