Strictly 2022 is in full swing and our favourite couples have danced their way through week four.

They’ve done all they can and after last night’s performances, they can only wait and see if it was enough to get through to the next week.

Last week, we said goodbye to our second pairing as Richie Anderson and Giovanni Pernice were eliminated.

Last night the remaining 13 couples danced it out with the first Couple's Choice routine and Argentine Tango of the series.

Here's everything you need to know about tonight’s result show and when to tune in.
