A MAN from Ellesmere has been remanded in custody after he was accused of having criminal property worth more than £3,000 in his possession.
Edward William Goodheart will appear at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on September 9 after he was charged with acquiring, using or having in his possession eight TSB cheques in the name of Mr G Goodheart.
The cheques had a monetary value of £3,050.

The 45-year-old, of Oswestry Road in Ellesmere, had the items between July 19 and August 28, 2020, while he was in Ellesmere.
A hearing at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court last week was adjourned for a live link to be arranged.
Goodheart was told he would be remanded in custody due to the "nature and seriousness of the offence".
