A MAN has been arrested for drug supply offences in Whitchurch.
Sergeant Tim Lever from North Shropshire Police revealed that the drugs operation saw a foot chase before the man was arrested for possessing cocaine with intent to supply.
He said officers were acting on recent intelligence received by the police.

North Shropshire Cops confirmed via Twitter that officers from Whitchurch and Wem Safer Neighbourhoods Team (SNT) joined forces to conduct the operation in Whitchurch town centre on Tuesday (June 7).
They later said four people and a vehicle were stopped and searched, with one man arrested.
