POLICE are asking motorists to avoid a road near Whitchurch following a crash this morning (Monday).
The incident happened on the A41 at Sandford at around 7.40am and involved a car and a lorry
Officers from West Mercia Police say there are long delays and are asking motorists to avoid the area and find alternative routes.

An ambulance was called and a patient was assessed before being discharged at the scene.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 7:10am to reports of an RTC involving a car and lorry at Sandford Industrial Estate.
"We sent one ambulance and assessed one patient who was then discharged at the scene.
