Rhyan Jones (28) laid foundations in reply before Wright (37) and Wynne (30no) eased Bank to 121-3 and victory.
Whitchurch IIs slipped to a four run defeat at home to Newtown IIs.
Sunil Takke (37no) and Danny Foulkes (36) led Town to 165-5 to defend with Jack Batkin (3-37) the pick of the home attack.
Luke Rossow (57) and Dave Weaver (25) led Church's reply but Jonathan Davies (3-54), Takke (2-24), Foulkes (2-28) and Jack Windsor (2-27) completed their fall for 161.
Meanwhile Ellesmere IIs toasted a 28 run win at home to Beacon IIs in division seven.
Rich Upton (37), Lee Thomas (23) and Rob Lawrenson (21) helped Mere to 146-3 to defend.
James Hanna-Davies (20) and Jack Haycocks (24no) led Beacon's reply but Lawrenson (6-21), Upton (2-26) and Rob Duncan (2-27) led to their demise for 118.
Elsewhere Wem IIIs beat Shrewsbury IVs by 27 runs in division one of the Sunday League.
Shaun Mostert (72) led Wem to 200-7 to defend before taking 3-28 in reply to ensure the Shrews' challenge ended on 173-8.
Meanwhile Whitchurch IIIs celebrated a seven wicket win at home to Newport IIIs in division two.
