DRIVERS around Whitchurch are being warned to be sensible on icy roads after a car overturned on a road on Friday morning.
The vehicle, which had a person and dog inside, was found around 8.50am by West Mercia Police officers in Ash.
Both the driver and the dog, which had a harness on, were unharmed and officers have urged people to take care.
Police Community Support Officer Hannah Lister tweeted: "Roads are extremely icy from the A525 all through to Ash and surrounding roads.
"Please take care and drive to the conditions as it doesn't feel and look icy.
"Highways aware and on way to grit the roads.
"Luckily driver and dog passenger all ok – thankfully wearing a dog harness."
