POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at a filling station and post office in Malpas.
At 8.40pm on Monday, January 3, three men in dark clothing and wearing balaclavas forced their way into the Smithy Filling Station in Wrexham Road, Malpas and stole a quantity of cigarettes.
They then made off in a small vehicle in the direction of Wrexham.
Detectives are making a number of enquiries in the area and are appealing for witnesses.
DC Kelly Birch said: āIād urge anyone who saw suspicious activity in the area or anyone who has captured on dash cam something that may help our investigation to contact us.ā
