A FIRE involving a grillpan broke out at a house in Wem on Tuesday afternoon.
Firefighters from Wem and Prees attended the blaze at the property in Butler Road following a callout at 2.05pm.
Initial reports from Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said the fire was in the kitchen of the property.
An operations officer was also in attendance.
A spokesperson for SFRS confirmed breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet and thermal imaging camera were used.
They added: "Small fire involving cooking and a grillpan."
