A YOUTH football team has thanked two local Whitchurch businesses for their support this season.
Whitchurch Alport Juniors Under 12s have received sponsorship from Get Moving Estates and Gardeners Fish & Chips.
Mathew Lucas, from the club, admitted the sponsorships has helped the players be very proud of their apeparances.
He said: “Whitchurch Alport Juniors Under 12s would like to thank local businesses Get Moving Estate Agents and Gardiners Fish & Chips for their generous support and sponsorship for 2021-2022 season.
“It is great that local businesses are prepared to invest in local youth sport; the boys are really thrilled with their new kit and rain jackets.”
