A MAN escaped with only minor injuries after a car collided with a tree in north Shropshire.
The incident on the B4397 in Loppington happened shortly before 7.30pm on Tuesday, December 21, evening.
Firefighters from Wem were in attendance, along with paramedics and police officers.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 7.35pm on Tuesday to reports of an RTC involving a car and tree on the B4397 in Loppington.
"We sent one ambulance to the scene and treated one patient, a man, for minor injuries and he was discharged at the scene.”
The fire crew used small gear to make the vehicle safe following the incident.
