A POPULAR Christmas market is set to return for 2021.

With the 2020 Christmas market cancelled because of the Covid-19 pandemic, the St Chad's Church event will be returning on Saturday, November 27, from 10am until 3pm.

Louise Mountford, from the Church, says they are looking forward to welcoming people back.

"After a year's break because of Covid, the popular Christmas Market at St Chad's church on the A41 at Tushingham will go ahead this year on Saturday, November 27 from 10am to 3pm.

"Father Christmas will visit for children to see at no cost, there will be craft stalls for you to get that special gift for Christmas including Jewellery, wood craft, ceramics, flowers, etc.

"There will be a tombola, treasure hunt and raffle, plus refreshments including superb bacon baps.

"Onsite parking and no entry fee so come along and get in the Christmas spirit."
