A WHITCHURCH man has admitted driving a farm vehicle without due care and attention.
Paul Cliffe, 56, of Queensway, pleaded guilty to driving a John Deere on Coole Lane in Audlem without due care and attention, when he appeared at Chester Magistrates' Court on Monday, October 18.
The offence was committed on July 20, this year.
He was fined £433 and received five penalty points.
Cliffe must also pay £50 compensation, court costs of £125 and a £43 victim surcharge.
