Telford Magistrates Court
A MAN from Whitchurch charged causing a death by careless or inconsiderate driving will appear in court next week after Monday's hearing was adjourned.
Mark Hughes, 27, and from Edgeley Gardens, is accused of causing the death of Danni Pitchford, 35 and of Whixall, late last year.
The incident occurred on Sedgeford on December 22.
Hughes was due to appear at Telford Magistrates Court on Monday, October 18, but the hearing has been adjourned to Thursday, October 28.
