A MAN from Whitchurch has been fined more than £200 and received three penalty points for speeding in Cornwall.
Adam James Stevens, of 50 Station Road, was found guilty of breaking the 30mph speed limit while driving a BMW on the A394 Trelill Trewennack towards Trewennack Methodist Church on January 18, this year.
The hearing took place at Bodmin Magistrates' Court on Thursday, September 30.
The 29-year-old received three penalty points and was fined £220 for the offence.
He must also pay £90 court costs and a £34 victim surcharge, making a total of £344.
