A FIRE that ravaged Wem Business Park on Wednesday was started deliberately, Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) has announced.
The fire, in the early hours of Wednesday morning, was tackled by six crews from across five towns at the business park.
Investigations into the blaze started immediately and now Shropshire fire officers believe the fire was started by arsonists.
Fire investigation officer Scott Bishop said: “We carried out a full and thorough joint investigation with our partners to determine the cause of the fire.
“Unfortunately, we concluded the blaze was started deliberately.
"Deliberate fires take up valuable time and resources which could be used elsewhere to help others.
