PELE will be coming to Ellesmere on Sunday for one of the biggest football matches of the season.
However rather than the Brazilian football legend it will be West Bromwich based walking football giants Pele's Pearls who will be gracing Beech Grove.
Hosts Ellesmere have called on the community to turn out and support their side of over 50s bid to cause a shock against the Black Country side which won the Walking World Cup for England as well as the National Cup and FA People's Cup in 2019.
The National Cup second round tie kicks off 12pm on Sunday with admission free and the club bar open.
Walking football is a six-a-side non-contact sport which stipulates players must only walk with no running or jogging permitted.
