A SECTION of hedgerow and fencing caught fire in Wem on Saturday, requiring a callout for firefighters.
The incident occurred shortly before 2pm, at an address in Wolverly.
One crew from Wem was dispatched to tackle the fire, which involved 10 metres of hedgerow and fencing fulling alight.
Crews extinguished the blaze using hosereel jets, leaving the scene after around an hour.
