THERE were 32 new cases of coronavirus reported in the whole of Wales, the latest figures show.
Public Health Wales say that just three of these were recorded in North Wales, the area covered by Betsi Cadwalader Health Board.
There were no additional deaths in Wales recorded on Tuesday, May 18.
In North Wales the latest cases can be broken down to:
- Anglesey 0
- Conwy 1
- Denbighshire 0
- Flintshire 0
- Gwynedd 0
- Wrexham 2
The average seven-day rate of infection in Wales is now 9.5 per 100,000 members of the population.
In North Wales today, only Wrexham has a higher rate of infection than the Welsh average.

- Conwy 6.8/100k
- Denbighshire 2.1/100k
- Flintshire 5.1/100k
- Gwynedd 7.2/100k
- Wrexham 11/100k
In Wales, more than 2m people have now had their first dose of covid vaccine.
927,215 are fully vaccinated.
