ELLESMERE Town Council's finance committee will have one final meeting on Wednesday before the elections on Thursday, May 6.
Another of items will be discussed at the meeting, which will be held over Zoom at 12.30pm, including consider a number of financial contracts and quotations.
Included in this is a quote for movable wall servicing; for work on the Town Hall toilets and also to consider a request from Ellesmere Rotary Club and make recommendations regarding defibrillators in the town.
There will also be an update regarding Neighbourhood Fund money as well as a report received concerning a town planter storage area.
The meeting will start with a 10-minute public participation session.
Other items on the agenda include reviewing and making recommendations on the council's standing orders and its financial regulations.
A new insurance policy and quote will also be considered in the meeting.
