FIREFIGHTERS were called to a fire at a property in Wem on Friday afternoon.
The incident was reported at around 2.15pm at an address in Noble Street, with one crew from the town responding.
The fire involved the chimney of domestic property and firefighters used chimney rods and buckets of water to tackle the blaze.
The crew was on the scene for around 45 minutes until the fire was extinguished.
