DATA released by Public Health England shows there were nine new cases of Covid-19 confirmed in Whitchurch in the seven days up to Sunday, March 14.
The map, which details case numbers in Middle layer Super Output Areas (MSOA) showed the number of cases increased by five from the previous seven-day period.
There were seven cases confirmed in the area of Woore, Prees and Tilstock, while eight cases were confirmed in Wem.
Fewer than three cases were recorded in both Churton, Farndon and Malpas, and Audlem, Bunbury and Wrenbury.
The number of cases is not provided for areas with fewer than three recorded cases in order to protect individuals’ identities.
There was also fewer than three cases confirmed in Ellesmere.
