FIREFIGHTERS assisted with a road traffic collision near Whitchurch on Wednesday afternoon.
The incident was reported at around 2.40pm on the A525 in Broughall, and involved a car colliding with a tree.
Two crews, including the rescue tender, were mobilised from Wellington and Whitchurch. An operations officer was in attendance.
Crews at the scene used small gear to deal with the incident.
Also at the scene of the incident were the land ambulance service and the police.
Firefighters left the scene at around 3pm.
