WHITCHURCH Rotary Club has revealed the final amount raised by this year's 'Santa Tour'
This year's Santa Tour was held in a socially-distanced manner in respect to Covid-19, and a national lockdown in Wales meant the tour was cut short by a day.
But despite these setbacks the club were still able to raise £4,348 for charity.
Club president Ian Fawcett said the amount of money raised 'exceeded expectations'.
"This greatly exceeds our expectations, given the background to this very difficult Christmas for so many people, and underlines the incredible generosity we have experienced in the wonderful communities around Whitchurch and surrounding villages," said Ian.
"A big 'thank you' to everyone who made it a special time for all of us."
