WEM will come alive to the classic sights of Christmas this month, with a 'nativity walkabout' being held in the town.
The event is being held by the Wem Baptist Church on Saturday, December 19 and will feature a treasure hunt, Christmas stories and Christmas songs.
A member of the church said those wishing to take part could collect a map from Jubilee Square.
They said: "On Saturday, December 19, we'll be holding a family Christmas 'Walkabout Nativity' treasure hunt around the town.
"Come to the Jubilee Square by Co-op between 10am and 12.30pm and collect a map to find all the clues, then bring the completed answer back to claim your prize.
"Back at the square, you can also listen to and watch the Christmas story and sing along with some Christmas songs.
"Free refreshments provided."
