CLOTHING falling onto a cooker at a house in Wem caused a callout from Shropshire Fire and Rescue on Sunday night.
The incident was reported at around 7.30pm at an address in Mill Street, with two crews from Wem responding as well as an operations officer.
Crews used breathing apparatus, a covering jet, a hosereel jet and a thermal imagining camera to tackle the fire, which involved clothing which had fallen onto cooker.
They were on the scene for around an hour.
