WEM Town Council has revealed the plans for this year's Remembrance Day ceremony.
For this year there will be no public event held because of Covid-19 restrictions, but instead the ceremony will be live streamed over YouTube.
The live stream will take place from 10.50am on Sunday, November 8.
A spokesman for Wem Town Council urged people not to attend the event in person.
"View the Act of remembrance at Wem War Memorial from the comfort of your own home," they said.
"This event will be live streamed and can be viewed by visiting https:/youtu.be/bmmLD6Dox3Q
"For your safety and the safety of others we ask that you not attend this event in person."
