FIREFIGHTERS were called to a chimney fire at a property in Ellesmere on Tuesday.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service was called to the property in Criftins at around 6.30pm.
A fire engine from Ellesmere was sent to the incident, which involved hot spots in a chimney breast.
Crews used small gear, chimney rods and a thermal imaging camera to ensure the fire had been put out.
Firefighters remained at the property until around 7.15pm.
